Maisonette - With Sea View
The house is a maisonette - villa of 75 square meters, built entirely by stone. It is ideal for couples or a family and can accommodate up to 4 persons.
On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen is provided, the first bathroom and a living room.
The two sofas that actually are coco mat beds can turn into a super sized double bed, or two semi double beds depending on the needs of the guests.
They consist of a set of layers with soils that assure a convenient and quality sleep.
This place is independent as it closes with a sliding door.
On the ground floor you will also find two verandas equipped for dinning (refectory).
The arched roof-covered veranda is equipped with a lounge with limitless view to the olive groves, the sea and the sunset.
On the first floor you have the main bedroom with a double Coco Mat bed and the second bathroom. The bed consists of a set of layers with soils that assure a convenient and quality sleep.
On the bedroom balcony there is a lounge with limitless view to the sea and the sunsets and a Jacuzzi for four persons with up to 40 degrees Celsius heated water (ideal for winter). Chromatotherapy is also provided.
The maisonette includes almost everything anyone can ask from a holiday home and in combination with the panoramic view, the enchanting sunsets and the peacefulness, expect nothing less than memorable holidays.
